Unable to Access Admin Dashboard After Custom Login URL Change

    I am writing to seek urgent assistance with an issue I encountered after installing and configuring the Ultimate Dashboard plugin on my website gadicarefoundation.org.ng.

    After customizing the admin login URL from https://gadicarefoundation.org.ng/wp-admin to https://gadicarefoundation.org.ng/admin, I found that I can no longer access the admin dashboard through either the original or the customized login URLs. Attempts to log in to manage the website have been unsuccessful.

    In an effort to resolve the issue, I deleted the plugin folder via cPanel, but unfortunately, the problem persists, and I am still unable to access the admin dashboard.

    Could you please provide guidance on how to restore access to the admin dashboard? This issue is critical as it prevents me from managing and updating my website, which is crucial for our operations.

    With the plugin being removed, the redirects would also be disabled. This is a strange one honestly. My first guess is that this is realted to the hosting, I’d try to reach out to them to check if they can look into this further.
