Unable to access admin dashboard

I’m seeing that this problem appears to be a regular occurring theme.

Yesterday, I was in my site clearing up spam, but I had entered the site through the email link (the one telling me that I need to moderate a comment on my site).

Later in the evening I tried to just sign into my site using the usual login information and it kept rejecting my password. So, I asked for a password reset. Now I can only get into the forum. There’s nothing that seems to take me to my site.

I’m also not very ‘tekkie’ but at the same time, I’ve spent enough time on the computer to usually be able to figure out where I need to go.

I’m stumped and would prefer to avoid enlarging the bump on my forhead!
