Unable to accept/reject cookies using keyboard navigation only?

Attempting to make my site somewhat accessible and not sure how to make the cookie bar keyboard navigation friendly. On my site, using keyboard navigation only (tab/enter keys), unable to activate the “reject all” button, the “accept all” button, or the “cookie setting” link on the cookie bar, but the “privacy policy” link works (pressing enter will open it). Once hidden, unable to reach the “manage consent tab” using keyboard navigation only.
