Unable the Save Changes to site

What changes are you making and more importantly where are you making them?

im using the “NewEra” theme n im trying to make changes to the “NewEra settings” n when i click the save button i get no response i even try it in a different browser n its the same, now im not sure wat to do

Since that is a premium theme i suggest to contact themeforest support.
