    Hello @davidogunniran

I am sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing with Forminator emails.

Thank you for sharing detailed steps, I tried to replicate the issue on my test site, but it worked fine for me.

I reckon the issue could be specific to your site or the content that you are adding on the form or probably some kind of caches.

Can you please check if you still replicate the issue after –

      – Clearing all caches including any server caches or,
      – If you add some test content as the email content and see if the notification is saved?

If you still replicate the issue on your form, we would need to take a closer look at the form and the content which you are trying to add to the email notification field

For this, would you mind sending the form export to us so that we can import it on the test site also if possible include the email content (remove sensitive information, if any) so we can try to replicate the issue and troubleshoot it further?

If the form contains any sensitive information please feel free to remove it.

You can find more info on how to export the form here: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

After exporting, please share the code using a service such as https://pastebin.com which is free to use.

    Awaiting your response.

    Kind Regards,
    Saurabh

    Hi Saurabh,

Thanks for your response. I did as you requested and even deactivated my caching plugin (I use Litespeed cache). I ensured I purged the cache multiple times too.

After a number of trials, I found out that the setup worked when I stick to just text content. it only cleared when I added emojis. I don’t understand the reason for this but I have removed all emojis in the text content and the email notification is working now.

    Thanks!

    Hi @davidogunniran

    Thank you for the update,

Interesting, I tried it on my end and the email saved and submission worked well https://monosnap.com/file/lZTxHGPZ5PnrE8FadiwKnEmMNsr7ik

It can be any security feature on the server level preventing the save action, I suggest checking for any WAF log in case you want to use the Emojis.

    Best Regards
