Unable post via Mobile

My client using new Mobile Samsung Galaxy A 13 and he is unable to post via WordPress Apps. He is not able to post simple WordPress log in.
All time shows loading. I am reauthorized that permission to administration rights of the same as User such as Author.
From my end there are no issues.
There is no problems as Hosting purposes.
Please solved the problem as early as
