Unable-error and can't import due permissions

  • Hi there,

    I’m using the plugin 3.2.2 version on the public site and on the local site and I want from the local site to import to the public site, but I have problems with the following errors, like other users of this plugin.

    Problem 1: “Unable (…)”-error
    Problem 2: the permissions to 775 or 777.
    I try everything, but nothing works. Even I set the folders and directories on 775 or 777.

    Can I use an old version? Can you or someone help me out, please?
