Thank you for reaching us about this issue. Can you share more details about this, please? What happens when you try to access your /wp-admin? Can you share a screenshot of it? Are you able to enter the back end through any ways, even through your hosting? If not, can you try disabling your plugins through FTP or the File Admin on your hosting?
Once you’ve regained access to your site, please try enabling only WooCommerce and see if the issue persists before enabling any other plugin. Please after regaining access to your back end, and with only WooCommerce enabled, also share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:
- System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
- Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
