• Imposible conectar la cuenta con el plugin, siempre dice que la página no es válida o no cumple los requisitos… cuando estaba funcionando sin problema de la noche a la ma?ana deja de ir.

Mandas emails de soporte y ni contestan.

    Hi @mianviru2

We’re sorry you’re having a hard time connecting Facebook. Can you try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Two and disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce to see if this resolves the problem?

I already did what you tell me and the error continues, when adding the facebook page in the plugin it says that the page does not meet the requirements to use the store. put me in touch with the administrator.

I am the administrator of the page and it has already been working with the old web in prestashop, we have changed to wordpress and it is impossible to connect with the web…

    Hi @mianviru2

This sounds like it is an error from within Facebook as a result of the Facebook account, Business Manager, or Catalog being used. Can you confirm that your shop meets all of the requirements including country location?

As an alternative, from within Facebook try creating a shop and adding a product without the use of our plugin, making sure to use the “Checkout on another website option” and not “Checkout on Facebook and Instagram”. Click on the “Create a shop”

Once you have a product listed on a shop and that checkout method is enabled, try connecting Facebook to that shop thereafter.

I also did those steps that you send me, as I told you above, until 10 days ago it was synchronized with PrestaShop and everything worked without a problem. If I didn’t have the necessary permissions, would it have worked with PrestaShop 10 days ago? I understand that not…

I also deleted the 2 stores (instagram and facebook), catalog and everything, I recreated everything from scratch and the same thing happens, same error.

I just saw that an update of the plugin has been released today and without touching anything now everything works…
    Everything is connected again, thanks!

    Hi @mianviru2

Great news! My recommendation would be to evaluate which caching options are used in case outdated resources are being delivered. Also, if we’d appreciate it if you could provide an updated review and star rating on your new experience.

    Thanks again,
