UM_Metadata and Profile Updating

How often does the UM_Metadata table refresh with data from the custom fields on a user’s profile? As a test user I navigated to the profile page, clicked Edit Profile, updated custom fields that were built using Ultimate Member’s delivered forms and clicked Save Changes. I then navigated to the UM_Metadata table and do not see the data reflected.

I am using version 2.1.6. I have selected the checkbox for Diasable Cache User Profile. I have checked the box for Enable custom table for usermeta. I do not have any cache plugins.
