UM Versión 2.1.15 mod_security email template

    Hi all, can’t update changes in UM email template. After checking hosting logs, a mod_security rule (exctly rule ID 77230780) is blocking the action after saving changes button.
    I’m in latest wordpress version (5.6.1) working with a child theme. Is anyone else facing this issue?, my hosting technical service has told me that this mod_security rule is impossible to disable in order to keep safe all worpress site.

    Please I need you help gurus, it’s quite urgent.

    Please ask your hosting provider to exclude the UM settings page from the firewall. Or else you’re in shared hosting.

    Hi @champsupertramp fist of all, thanks for answering so fast. I’m in a shared hosting so what you propose is not possible. It’s a pitty that anyone give a solution after tons of hours spent working with the plugin.
    In the other hand, the pluging pay version has fixed this problem?, if so, I don`t matter to get it.
