UM restricts access to unrestricted post types

  • Hi, UM seems to restrict content (custom post type) that is not set to be restricted.

    Under Settings > Access > Restriction Content > section Restricted Access to Posts …there is my custom-post-type set as “don’t restrict” (checkbox is unchecked) and yet it does show restricted access message instead of its content.

    This only happens in single page views with additional posts carrousel. To be more specific… I display posts carousel via a shortcode on the single page view. The single page is restricted correctly, but restricted are also the posts in the carousel which is wrong. Showing unrestricted single page also shows the post in carousel unrestricted.

    Can you help?

    Have you tried unchecking the custom post types in the UM restriction settings?

    Please go to WP Admin > UM > Settings > Access > Content Restriction.

    Yeah, of course, I tried that. It also reads in the first post I wrote here.

    This issue is not resolved!!
