UM Profile is not present on website

We have a member directory on our site. When clicking on a profile image, it is supposed to direct you to their profile url, instead it redirects you to the registration page (If not a member of the site). However, if you are a member of the site, it directs you to a page that says “you are already registered.

I tried to edit the “talent” page on the website but this is where its showing an error.

How do I fix this issue?
