UM is preventing logout and it force all account page links to dashboard

Hi, I am using UM and for some reason is clashes with flatsome theme.
at first it works fine but after a while is prevents me from logging out or to use my account menu. when i click on wishlist or account details or any other tab its just takes me to dashboard. i was able to get things back to normal for a short amount of time by disabling UM and flatsome them and activate them again. it will work for like an hour or so and then it will get stuck again.

please someone help me this is the weirdest issue i have encountered
