UM does not send notification of registration anymore

Hello,

I enabled registration on this website I manage and have set user review/approval as default.

I used to receive email notifications saying that a user has submitted a registration request with a link to approve it.

It used to work but now it doesn’t anymore. I tried switching off WP-Rocket caching plugin and also tested email settings (I receive correctly emails from Contact Form 7 forms). I can see and approve the user from WP dashboard but I also need to receive the email notification as different teams look after that registration.

Any idea why this happens and how you can help me?
