UM displays undefined error when I click to upload cover photo

  • I get an undefined error when I goto user profile, then click on either cover or profile photo.

    I do not reach the stage of selecting a picture from my PC. It just immediately displays the undefined message once the + button is clicked to add a cover or profile pic.

    What would be the cause, then possible solution.

    Update, I have deactivated my theme and it seem to work correctly with the default TwentySixteen. How do I correct the undefined error because am in need of solutions.

    Please post a screenshot of this error when your theme is active.

    In view profile page, that is /user, once the cover photo + (add) is clicked on, the undefined popup error comes up

    Sir, like I told you earlier, I know its a theme conflict. I have checked the link you sent me, I doesn’t have a direct solution. What do I do now, I do not have strong knowledge on php or programming.
