• Hello there,

    After updating ultimate members, all my members dissapeared from my website. I could find them in the previous database backup i did one month ago but not on the actual one.

    EDIT: The members appear in the database file under the tag ‘um_cache_userdata_17’ but not in my dashboard.

    Can someone explain to me what happenned?

    I’m sorry to hear that you’ve experienced issues with Ultimate member.
    This issue looks like something went wrong on your server side or due to some conflicts with your theme or other plugins.
    Can you please give us more information regarding this issue?

    What version of the Ultimate member you’ve had installed before the update?
    What version you have right now?
    Have you tried to fully restore your site from the backup? Usually, your hosting provider backup your site daily.

    My theme is storefront and the ultimate member version is 2.0.43. I don’t know which version i had before but as i’m updating pretty much all the time i guess it was the previous version. I didn’t have any backup, as it was a test version, but i would like to prevent that to happen on the live version of my ecommerce. Is the daily backup the only solution ?
