[ultimatemember_password] shortcode not working

  • Hello,

    Since I updated UM, I’m having issues with the password reset. It just displays an empty page. I’m using this shortcode: [ultimatemember_password]
    This was always working fine prior to the update. All the other shortcodes are working ok.

    Could you please help with this?

    Hi @emir94,

    Have you selected the correct Password reset page in Ultimate member -> Settings -> General -> Pages? This issue can be also caused by some conflicts with your theme or other plugins. Please do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.

    Thanks for your reply. The pages are all set up correctly. I’ve done the conflict test and I’m still having the same issue…

    Oh yeah, and the theme we’re using is the standard one that comes with WP.
