Ultimate Member Forms

  • Hello!

    I just installed Ultimate Member Register and Login forms and the registration form works ok but the password is not working when I try to log in. I’ve changed the password several times and at the moment I tried to log in says: Password is incorrect. Please try again. It never redirects to the link I designated.

    The only way the user is capable to log in is the one that I received in the mail with the account information.

    Also, the link in the mail to change the password doesn’t work. When I click it, it goes to this link: https://b-hivebiz.com/password-reset/?updated=invalidkey
    that says: Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.

    What can I do?

    Thanks for sharing this. I took at your site and I can see that the Login Widget does not seem to be issue.

    I created another account from another computer and save the password and it keeps saying the same.

    I was making some test and I notice that the login button from the register form works perfectly, but when I want to log in with the login form doesn’t work.

    What can I do about that?
