• After having toyed with this for quite a while (I even bought the full version to really evaluate what it could do) I ended up removing it again, and happily so (see below). In spite of all the options for styling etc. it still handles clumsily and is not moved towards an attractive and intuitive solution easily, try as I might.

I have in the meantime resorted to Echo Knowledge Base, which gave me better results in much less time and with virtually none of the fiddling and hassle I went thru trying to make uFAQ work the way I want/ed.

If you hold the paid version of uFAQ against the free version of EKB, the steep difference becomes even more painfully obvious.

From me, a hearty “au revoir à jamais”.

  • Hi elexem,

Sorry you were having trouble with the plugin. I can see that the last time you wrote in the support forum was two threads eight months ago. We replied to both with explanations and suggestions. And, for one of them, you never replied back. We pride ourselves on offering great support and would’ve been happy to help with any issues you were facing recently.

As a premium user, did you email our support team for help with the issues you were facing? If you are having trouble getting it styled the way you wanted, that’s something we could easily and quickly help with, either using the styling options and/or by suggesting custom CSS.

Also, the review section of our plugin page is not the right place to be advertising another plugin. This is for reporting the experience you had with our plugin, not a place to advertise and discuss your experience with another plugin.
