Ultimate Social Media facebook link doesn’t work on mobile

    The Instagram link works fine, but the Facebook link doesn’t work from mobile.It is fine from desktop site. I’ve tried various link amends but still no link from FB icon. Any suggestions? Many thanks!

    Thanks for your question.

    It looks like a conflict with another plugin. Could you please disable your other plugins temporarily, to see if that’s the reason?

    Also, please upload a custom icon (under question 1), and link it to your Facebook page (under question 2), and see if that works?

    Thanks for your help. The custom one works. But the FB icon with the same link does not work.

    For the time being I’ve copied the FB icon and uploaded it as a custom icon. At least it works, though rather pixilated. Any ideas greatly appreciated. Ta.

    Ok, then maybe stick with that solution. If you rightclick on our Facebook icon, and save it, and then upload that one, it shouldn’t be pixelated.
