Ultimate profile builder blocks wp-modal login links

Hello everyone! Happy festival season. I have a problem on my local wamp server site. When ultimate profile builder is activated, wp-modal login is does not work. The light-box just don’t popup. clicking on the the modal link just changes the url to …/#loginbox. Has anyone encountered and sorted this issue out? i need help
