Ultimate Memeber icons show (X) when used with same database on another domain

  • I recently moved my WordPress site to another subdomain to continue work on my website but the ultimate member icons wouldn’t show up, both on frontend and back end.

    I’ve tried uninstalling and installing again several times, to no avail.

    What can I do? Or is there anything I’m missing?

  • This is likely to be a database issue. The paths for the images as far as I recall are hard-coded in the database. To resolve this, you should get a dump of the database, and perform a find/replace on this to rename olddomain.com to newdomain.com.
