I can’t find the plug-in on this site, so I had to post it here (if it needs to be somewhere else, please let me know). I have Ultimate Affiliate Pro and Ultimate Membership Pro installed. There is a problem though. I cannot seem to sign up for both UAP amd UMP separately by using the same email address during the registration processes.??I can’t seem to fix this issue because each time I go to fill out the email address during the “Become an Affiliate” step, (acting as if I was a client signing up with my valid email address), I am notified that the “email address is taken” because it’s recognizing that the same email was used to sign up for Ultimate Membership Pro (which I also signed up for using my one email address during this website testing process). Please help me fix this. I want customers that sign up to use UMP, to also be able to become an affiliate with UAP, by signing up for both separately but can’t due to the same email being used.

The two plugins you mentioned are commercial products. These are not provided on www.remarpro.com but by their developers on their own sites. If you have any questions, please contact them:

Where can I post this at? The subject I noted above is the author of this plugin and has commented about the plugin on here before in response to another individual’s question, but I don’t know how they posted in the support plugin area because I didn’t locate the plugin. If this needs to be in another spot, please move it or let me know how to repost

I have Ultimate Affiliate Pro and Ultimate Membership Pro installed.

As those are paid plugins, this is not the site that you can get help here.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
