Ultimate Member Woocommerce Plugin Extension Won’t Update

    Hello! I am the web site developer for https://stewartsystems.aero/ and we have had the Ultimate Member plugin installed since Jan. 2019. That same month we purchased and installed the WooCommerce and bbPress extensions. I am able to update each of the plugins except for the WooCommerce extension. The error message I receive on the Plugins page is Update Failed: Plugin update failed. Could you please help me troubleshoot this and find a solution? Thank you!

    Ran into exactly the same issue. Will not update to 2.18 although everything else is updated. UM has got to be the worst coded plugin. I regret using it because of all the problems I have run into. I can’t drop it though because we are in the middle of registrations on https://www.floridascienceolympiad.org – and then I find out they don’t has support on the weekends!??!?

    It turns out the reason my Ultimate Member extensions wouldn’t update is the URL associated with them on my UM account was to the development URL. The site had since been changed to the live URL. Once I updated the URLs for the extensions on my UM account, I was able to successfully update the extensions. I hope this may help someone out!
