Ultimate Member User Role Capability Settings Reverting

  • I have a problem with user role capability settings for different members roles not “sticking”. When I go to edit a role, every single WP Capability box is ticked. I untick the boxes and update.
    When I go back to check the user role, it appears as if my changes are accepted. However, when I go back and check the second time, all the boxes under WP Capabilities are ticked!
    This seems to happen with every UM role. It is a big problem.
    I tried deleting roles and creating new ones. The same thing happens again and again.
    I have deactivated my plugin User Role Editor and done a conflict test. Please help.
