Ultimate Member User Info to form

    I want to know if its possible through this plugin or another one if once a user registers and gets logged in, when they click on a button it auto populates a form with the users data from their registration?

    Hi @artisticre,

    Yes this is possible with UM. You can use the same fields at both your registration form and profile from inside Ultimate Member->Forms at dashboard. Your profile will automaticlly show the users data from registration then. All you need to create a button and link it to the user page.

    I cannot figure out how to do this. Once the user registers, I want a page with a form maybe with contact 7 forms. The user data like name, phone, email, and a few custom fields will be autofilled from UM with more fields for the user to fill out. Does this make more sense?

    Hi @artisticre,

    You have to ask the contact 7 forms support for that. UM saves the data using the metakey used for field. For example “first_name” is the metakey for First Name field. Any form or plugin can fetch those data from usermeta if they support retrieving value using metakey. Hope it’s clear.
