I’m using the premium version of ultimate member and have added an “Image upload” and “File upload” section for the users. Whenever one of these buttons are clicked, the webpage gets greyed out and a broken “upload” popup shows up at the bottom of the page half cutoff.

Nothing is clickable and there is no way to upload, the page has to be refreshed.

The error message on the browser shows:

Uncaught TypeError: r.uploadFile is not a um-functions.min.js?ver=2.3.1:1 function
        at initImageUpload_UM (um-functions.min.js?ver=2.3.1:1:2706)
        at um_new_modal (um-functions.min.js?ver=2.3.1:1:9392)
        at HTMLAnchorElement.<anonymous> (um-modal.min.js?ver=2.3.1:1:5263)
        at HTMLBodyElement.dispatch (jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.0:2:43064)
        at HTMLBodyElement.v.handle (jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.0:2:41048)

The profile page is definitely setup correctly as other fields/information for the user can be edited/saved.

My WordPress & plugin is up to date.
    I’ve tried in incognito browser.

Not sure what to do to fix this…
If I uninstall the plugin and reinstall, will it delete all my forms/settings etc?

    Hello @mitch8910

Sometimes these sorts of issues show up because of plugins/theme conflict. Can you please do a plugins/theme conflict test on your site? You can follow this article.
