[Ultimate Member] Unable to upload photo or cover from my own account

I am unable to upload a profile picture or cover photo from my own account while logged in as myself. Any ideas why? This happens across all browsers, IE9 (office), Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi and Safari. “Use Gravatars?” is NOT checked.
