I switched from PHP to SMTP but my problem still persists. It takes about 30 seconds when I take action on a member, such as reject or suspend account.

Thanks, approximately how many users do you have registered?

There are around 800 members. This is how I solved the problem. I set up an email provider (Sendinblue) and it was back to normal. But I want to be able to send my emails via cPanel. Why do you think I have such a problem when sending mail via cPanel? Thank you.

If you get good response time with SMTP/Sendinblue but not with your webhosting’s mail server you must contact your web hosting support again with this new info.

I used the Mxtoolbox looking at your mail server and there are some issues.

Hello, I somehow solved my problem.

I installed an email queue plugin on my website. In this way, I ensured that the e-mails to be sent by the ultimate member and by my website are added to the queue first. As far as I understand, a cron job is created via the plugin and the e-mails in the queue are sent in 1 minute intervals as I have set. In this way, transactions made by sending e-mail are completed quickly.
