Ultimate Member Support?

    I was attempting to use this product to export Users that would include data from Ultimate Member. However, I’m not seeing that ability when setting the fields (all greyed out). Is there no way to test this without having to upgrade?!

    In addition, I went to the Soffly website and while I see there is an Import/Export package, there seem to be options greyed out on the Pricing page. So what would I be paying for if the options are not available (i.e., Import + Export Standalone)?

    If you’re referring to custom fields (user meta), that’s correct, it’s not possible to export that data with the free versions of our plugins.
