I installed this plugin and created all the roles and the users I needed, but I noticed that the setting button is not working (when I click on it I only get an infinite loading and nothing else). How could I fix it?

I also tried to clear the cache of the browser, of the users and to deactivate and reactivate the plugin (also uninstall and re install) but nothing changed.

Hi @giovannicas

This issue may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you please do a quick conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

Can you please check error.log file of your server and let us know if you have errors there. You can find this file on the control panel of your hosting provider.

I’m using Altervista as hosting, so I can’t access error.log file. I also asked the staff if it was possible, and they said no. What else can I do?
