Ultimate Member register button not working (DIVI related)

    Hi all,

    I have an integration problem with Divi and UM. I know it is an integration problem between the plugin and the theme because it got fixed when switching to another theme other than Divi.

    Basically, after filling the registration form in my website and clicking on “register”, the mouse turns into a prohibited sign and stops. So the button does not do anything, website stops working.

    This happens to every single registration form I have.

    Do you know any solution to this?

    I have the latest versions of both, php on 7.4, etc.

  • I am also using Divi and UM. I have been unable to find the “register options” default where I can change the approved status to pending review by admin. I can do so after the log in is automatically approved, but would prefer to restrict user until I manually approve. My registration process is working properly other than that from what I can see. Hopefully support can help us both with this info.

    Sorry for the late response.

    Could you please check if there are any PHP error logs when this issue occurs? You can ask your hosting provider to assist you with obtaining the error logs.
