Ultimate Member / PopUp – Pro Version

It is sad to see how this issue is handled by the Ultimate Member team.

1) All posts are closed/resolved without providing any solution!

2) The only possible approach provided, forwards to a link on the UM website that does not work: https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/113-pages-are-blank-do-not-appear.

3) In most of the posts, UM states they will look into this issue…first I could find is from 2 years, 8 months ago??? Where we at with this…

If there is NO WAY to fix it and it is NOT on the ToDo list, then all you have to do is to communicate it instead of jumping around the issue and frustrate paying users. I also think it should be made public within the product description:
Ultimate Member DOES NOT support any popups or modals.

Does anyone have a solutions for this issue? If yes, please share…

P.S. Please do not try to distract from the actual issue with questions like:
-Can you provide a link to the website? ->…and then close the issue because nobody responds
-What other plugins are you using?
etc.
