Ultimate member plugin profile completeness not working

    Help, I bought the ultimate member plugin and i download and install the profile completeness . but after i active the plugin the profile completeness did not allow me to add the field that is required for the user to compete before they can access another user profile or a specific page.
    Please help!!!
