Ultimate Member Plugin not wokring

    We had site built on Blank Slate theme long back and its using Version: 1.0, I know its too old.

    But now I need to use Ultimate memebr plugin on this and I can not update the theme as we have 98% customized the theme code as you can see.

    I cloned site and update the theme to latest verion and it worked fine, but I have to redo all my site from zero, whihc is a month of task.

    Any easy way to fix this issue on current theme? Need help!
