• I have been working on a educational based website and there I let users have their own profile, account and members page. I may slowly buy all the premium extensions for the plugins.

I was working on my website and I went to the ultimate members pages that I created. There the profile, account, login and register page were not working for some reason. In the profile page only the header is showing up, the text info about the user is not showing. Only the user avatar, cover image etc where showing.

In the accounts page, some tabs were missing. I installed the WP JobBoard plugin. And only the General Settings and the Job Dashboard tabs are showing. The register form and the login form is there but not visible/showing. I had to use wp-login to log into my website.

I mostly tried everything but nothing is working. Need help as soon as possible.

    With Regards,
    Ocean Rajpoot,

    Hello @oceanrajpootwp

Can you please navigate to wp-admin > ultimate member > Forms > (Edit profile form) and add some fields to the form and see if that shows up on the user profile? Users need to add related data to be displayed on the user profile page.

Regarding account page, please navigate to wp-admin > ultimate member > settings > general > Account and see if tabs are enabled.

Is your site available for the public? If yes, I can check if login and registration forms are being rendered or not, I will need the URL you are having issues with.

I have added at least 20+ forms in the profile form for users to add their info/data on the profile. All of the tabs are enabled in the account settings. If you want to check the issues on my website, well first the login and registration forms are linked with ultimate member and they are not working as said above. I will send you the link of the registration page by using another register/login form plugin.

By the way, it feels very good to talk to you, not face to face but still chatting here.

Thanks for your support but I found the solution. As you (@aswingiri) said above that I should enable the account page tabs and add forms in the profile page, well that was the basics. I had already checked that but still did’nt work. I got some help from my father and figured out that the reason this plugin was glitching was because of the plugins I installed, activated and deactivated. I was installing plugins to make my site faster, and one of those plugins which was “Asset CleanUp: Page Speed Booster” was disturbing UM.

So I deactivated and still UM was not working. The registration and login forms were working and showing but the account and profile page were not. So I disabled the profile and account’s tabs and then enabled it again. After enabling the tabs again, the tabs showed up, And make sure you clear/purge the cache after making some changes. I used “LightSpeed” plugin for that.

If you want to check out my website here is the link [ redundant link removed ] The Sea Generation. A way to give valuable and priceless information to people.

Thank You for all the support,

    Hi @oceanrajpootwp

Could you please tell us if you’re still having issues? If possible, provide a video clip showing steps to reproduce the issue, and we’ll investigate it on our end? Also, check if your current theme is making the issue by changing WP theme to a default WP theme such as 2021 or 2022?
