Ultimate Member not adding users

  • My website, with Ultimate Member registration form is no longer working. When a user fills out the form, it redirects to the right place and looks as though the user is logged in, but does not add user details to ‘Users’ on WordPress. When the user tries to log in again, it says that the email address is not recognised, meaning that the registration did not happen.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi @emmalj1993,

    Please make sure that you haven’t set “Require admin review” or “Require email activation” in Ultimate member -> User role -> your user role e.g. Member and Registration options section.

    Do you have any security plugins installed?
    You can try to do a conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure.
