Ultimate Member not able to access users on main site from subsite.

    I have been working with the Ultimate Member plugin and I have come across an issue I was wondering if we have paid for the Ultimate Member plugin and have access to their support system?

    The issue I have run into is I have created a second login form to redirect people to a Content Centre on a micro site. When I added the form and tested it I received an error telling me my account didn’t exist in the system. Thinking that perhaps the issue was caused from the form not being on the main site I created a page on the main site with the form. I still received the same error.
