Ultimate member – my cred plugin

  • Hi there,

    Can you please guide me on how do I install Mycred extension to Ultimate member? When I tried clicking on mycred, it downloaded a zip file and when I installed the zip file on the website, I got a message saying Ultimate member is already installed.

    I have separately installed my cred plugin from plugins.. But this is not syncing with Ultimate member. I want to activate following features

    A text box on the Ultimate member registration page that allows users to enter referral id of the person who referred them to the website. If someone registers by entering referral id or comes to the website by clicking referral link, then points to be awarded for the person who referred via the referral hook.

    Also, I have enabled email activation feature of Ultimate Member to activate account. Mycred hook to only awards points for sign up even after the account is activated by the user by clicking email. Is there any way to set this hook in a manner where sign up referral is awarded only after account activation and not on simply registering?`

    You are using a free version of the MyCred plugin
    and an UM MyCred paid extension from Ultimate Member.

    For questions about the free MyCred plugin you can post in the MyCred Forum.

    Questions about usage of the UM MyCred paid extension are not allowed by WordPress to be addressed in this UM Forum and you must contact the UM developers via email (see the pinned post).

    I understand you cannot answer my question here. But can you at least check with UM developers and let me know, if I buy Mycred extension on UM, then can I address below questions on Ultimate member + my cred extension? And can you please let me know if there is any ongoing discount for purchase of 1 year license for mycred extension and if you can share any discount code. Thanks
