Ultimate member login button stopped working

    Hi,

    I’ve used Ultimate member for a while without any issues. However, the login button has stopped working for some reason. When pressing “logga in” in the top right of https://spelberoende.se the form appears. I may enter my credentials, but then the login button is unclickable. I can click register or forgot password without any issues, but the login button just won’t work.

    I’ve tried recreating the login form, but with the same result. I’ve tried from multiple computers, phones and users but it’s still the same. When hovering the login button a grey circle with a line across is shown (like forbidden).

    I can’t se anything in the documentation, forum or on the form creation that could have anything to do with this.

    First you have an issue with your Google reCAPTCHA:

    Uncaught Error: Missing required parameters: sitekey

    Have you changed the reCAPTCHA type recently?
    There are different sitekeys and secretkeys for type V2 and V3.

    Second it may also be a caching issue:

    Performance optimized by W3 Total Cache.

    You have a caching plugin active.

    Don’t cache pages Login, Register, Password Reset.
    Don’t cache pages Account and User (a profile page).

    Hi,

    I first thought it was the recaptcha, but I tried removing it altogether but still got the same issue. I’ve also excluded the login, register, account, user and password-reset page from W3 total cache.

    The W3 I’ve had since start and it has worked always with Ultimate Member. Google recaptcha is new so this could have something to do with it… but as I said inactivating it from both login form and through UM settings did not change anything.

    Tried inactivating the recaptcha plugin, purge all caches and now it seems to work again… but this way we get like 50 spam accounts per week so I need recaptcha active. It works for other forms on our webpage so can’t tell why it’s not working for UM. But I’m a real novis on recaptcha

    tried reinstalling recaptcha and now I can press the login button… however it says “you must prove your not a robot”

    Changed from 0.5 to 0.9 in recaptcha and that seems to have sorted the issue…
