Ultimate member fatal error

    Hi there,
    I’m desperately trying to enable the user of my forum to upload their profile pictures but cannot figure out how to do that. I’ve installed your plugin Toolbox for Asgaros and Ultimate Member but as soon as I acitvate the Ultimate member plugin my website crashes and is not accessible anymore… Any idea what is going on and how to solve that initally simple question ?

    Hey @douzaleur,

    can you please share the full error that you receive after activating Ultimate Member?

    Do you get the same error if “Toolbox for Asgaros Forum” is deactivated?

    Thanks for your quick answer!
    Actually I do not get any error message, my website is just inacessible immediately after.
    Same error if Toolbox for Asgaros forum is deactivated.
    Not sure it will help but hope you have an idea on how to solve this ??

    Hey @douzaleur,

    I will set this topic to resolved since it is not related to my plugin.

    Can you please activate the debug log, activate UM again and check the file debug.log in wp-content directory:

    – Access your server via FTP or SSH
    – Find and open the wp-config.php file in the main directory of your WordPress installation
    – Search for the line that contains:
    define('WP_DEBUG', false);
    And replace it with the following three lines:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
