Hello support,

When we are going to this page: [ redundant link removed ] ultimate member directory profile is showing but profile page link is not working. I have checked all the plugin confliction and theme confliction but there is no solution. I have also upgrade the https://prnt.sc/e-LV_IOQNAZe plugin. Could you please help what is the solution?

Also do not ask anyone to log into your site. If they accept that, they will be banned. It is that serious.

Could you try to inspect the user link in your browser? Is there a href attribute in link (<a> tag)?

When we are login in admin and user profile it’s working fine and go to profile page: https://prnt.sc/IbGao8zszGrP https://marijuanamodels.com/model/test123/ but without login it’s not working and user link are same for both case.

Hello @namrata736

I see a “um-member-custom-click” class and wrong href attribute. This is not the UM class and attributes.

Did you do a conflict test – https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/96-how-to-do-a-plugin-theme-conflict-test?
