Ultimate Member conflict with WordPress Media Library

I forgot to mention also, that every time I click on the ‘troubleshooting,’ link under the plugin name in my list of plugins: I am getting a 503 error: as below:

Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Which version of PHP are you using?
“the latest version of PHP” can cause issues if WP or your plugins are not ready for this PHP Version.

You can enable PHP error logging, read this guide: “How to enable debug logging”

You will probably get a PHP log file with notices and errors in /wp-content/debug.log when you try to access your media library.

Post the content of this file here in the Forum and we can give you a PHP error explanation.

Hi missveronica, I am using PHP 8.2 (ea-php82).

Re: the error logs: I have pasted in the latest part of the error log, from 15-Dec onwards. I changed PHP version recently from 7.4 to 8.2.

Try to switch PHP to version 8.0

Thanks – Media Library is displaying properly and also I am not getting the 503 errors, with PHP v 8.0, and I tried v 8.1 as well and that works too. So it seems that v 8.2 is the problem. Thanks for your suggestion.
