• Hi there, i have a conflict problem between Mailpoet and the Ultimate Member plugin.
When i run the MailPoet shortcode [mailpoet_manage_subscription], the update redirecting to my homepage without account changes. However, if the user have admin role, he can update their settings without problems.

I did a conflict test, all the other plugins are deactivate now, except UM and MailPoet. I switched the default theme to Twenty Nineteen … same results.

If i deactive UM, the MailPoet update works fine and i can change my settings.

UM and Mailpoet are both on their last version (2.0.49 & 3.28.0), WordPress also (5.2.1)

Thank you and looking forward to your response.

    @fabmei thanks for reporting.

If I understand correctly, this is what you do:

    1. You create a new page for a custom Manage Your Subscription page
    2. You paste the shortcode [mailpoet_manage_subscription] in this page
    3. You send a newsletter with MailPoet
    4. In your inbox, you click on “Manage your subscription”
    5. You are redirect to your custom manage your subscription page.
    6. You make changes to the form and you click save

Issue: you are redirect to the homepage on submit form. Changes to your form are not saved.

    Correct? Let us know!

    More precisely :

    1. I create a new page for a custom Manage Your Subscription page.
    2. I paste the shortcode [mailpoet_manage_subscription] into this page
    3. Users click on the link of this page directly in the menu
    4. The user makes changes to the form and clicks Save.

Problem: the user is redirected to the home page on the submission form. Changes made to the form are not saved.

But, if the user have admin role, form work perfectly and changes are saved

    Hi there @fabmei,

Can you post some screenshots of what permissions you have set for the subscriber role and the visitor role?

    Thanks!
