Ultimate Member Captcha locked me out

I was setting up Captcha for Ultimate Member but apparently I didn’t take the final authentication step. Problem is, I can’t get back into my site now to troubleshoot. I get this response when I try to sign in: ERROR for site owner: Invalid key type. I can’t fix it if I can’t get in to my site. Any thoughts or advice, please?
