Ultimate Member Blacklisted Domains

I’ve blacklisted a dozen top-tier domains at this point (all ending in .ru [i.e. yandex.ru, list.ru, etc.]), and yet more and more accounts can be made using the blacklisted domains. How can I get this to stop happening? I’m getting frustrated having to constantly delete users that are clearly bots from my website.
