Ultimate Member and WPbakery incompatible

Hi.

Are Ultimate Member and WPBakery compatible?

In the WPBakery Page Builder, I inserted a text block with the [um_loggedin] shortcode above the content I want to hide and placed another text block below that content with the [/um_loggedin] shortcode. This creates a Restricted Box, but the accordions are still visible. All the accordions should be hidden. You’ll see it here https://lakemichellenoordhoek.com/documents-test/

I currently have a workaround by adding the shortcodes as code in the Classic Text Editor and it works, but every time I do a page update, WPBakery throws away the UM shortcodes and I have to manually add them again. You’ll see it here https://lakemichellenoordhoek.com/documents/

I saw another comment with the same issue, but no result.

Your help would be much appreciated.
