Ultimate Member Account page not working

    Hello,

    My website uses Woocommerce, Elementor pro, Ultimate member and dokan.
    I have a custom “account page” where i designed a navigation menu for customers (e.g. my account, my orders, logout etc.) and used the shortcode “[woocommerce_my_account]” to display the information.
    Everything has worked until recently I made some changes (i do not recall what exactly), however now:
    1. When i click on “my account” the users are redirect to the homepage
    2. the “my account” dashboard (uniquboutique.ch/my-account used to display user account details such email, address etc. Now it shows options to become a vendor and saved cards
    3. The naviagation links no longer works: i.e. nothing happens when you click “account details, my orders, addresses etc.”..

    My UM settings have “account” selected for the Account page option.

    Can anyone help with this?

    Hi @staceyborel,

    My account is a WooCommerce account page, not the Ulitmate member account page.
    What page do you use for your account page? Do you use ultimate member account shortcode on your account page? It’s not possible to have WooCommerce my account shortcode on the Ultimate member account page.

    Thank you for your reply.

    My account page is a custom page (not the UM page, as i cannot seem to add e.g. my orders, addresses etc.) that includes the shortcode “[woocommerce_my_account]”

    I used to use this set up without any issues however it is no longer working.

    Any idea why this would be the case?

    I was able to find a workaround in the end. So no further assistance is needed.
