  • You can change user roles with phpmyadmin.

    Login to your hosting control panel and click on the phpmyadmin icon/link. In the database look for the ‘wpeo_usermeta’ table. You can change the role in the wpeo_capabilities row.

    PS: Not sure what an ultimate member is. It’s not part of the plugin

    thanks a lot aerin. but in ultimate member roles are different from wordpress

    Can you explain what ‘ulitmate members’ are so I can help?
